Wedding
A winter wedding, haldi to pheras
a wedding story
Two days in November 2025, from a poolside haldi in yellow to pheras by the fire, photographed start to finish by our team.

The story
We covered this wedding over two days in November 2025, and it is the shoot we point to when couples ask what full coverage looks like.
Day one was the haldi, held by the pool under strings of marigolds. The bride wore a flowing yellow lehenga with floral jewellery and sunglasses, and the groom wore white. Most of what we have from that morning is the two of them laughing.
Day two was red. We photographed the bride getting ready in kundan and mehendi, took couple portraits in the garden before the guests arrived, and then followed the baraat in. After that came her walk down an aisle of pink petals, the varmala under hanging white flowers, and the pheras by the sacred fire. Our favourite frame comes from the end of the night: the two of them seated at the mandap, laughing at something nobody else heard.
