Pre-wedding
A proposal in Lodhi Garden
a pre-wedding story
A proposal on one knee in front of a Lodi-era tomb, then a slow morning of picnics and walks through Delhi's favourite garden.

The story
They met years ago at a debate, of all places, and this shoot marked the next chapter. We met them in Lodhi Garden in Delhi, with her in a pale yellow dress and him in a pink shirt. The colours sat beautifully against the greens.
The big moment came first: he went down on one knee on the path in front of one of the garden's old Lodi-era tombs. We stayed wide for that one, so the monument is part of the memory.
After that the pressure was off, and the rest of the morning felt easy. They walked under the tall palms, sat on a picnic blanket with a bunch of lavender, and laughed on the grass. We also made a close-up of the new ring.
